A walking trip to the Tain area of northern Scotland. Striking Autumn colours and good weather. We included a walk to the memorial of HRH Duke of York who was killed during an allegedly secret flight to Iceland during WW2 when his aircraft crashed into the side of the mountains near Helmsdale
